Refund and Replacement Policy
At Wickin Out Candleworks LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there are any issues with your order, we’re here to help.
Replacements for Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged during shipping, we will gladly replace it free of charge. To qualify for a replacement, the item must be unused. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the damaged product and include a photo of the damage.
Refunds for Returns
We accept returns for unused and undamaged products. If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Once we receive the returned product and confirm it is unused and in its original condition, we will issue a refund minus a 15% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
